Belarus could receive a new tranche of the IMF loan in the second half of October, Belarus central bank chairman Piotr Prakapovich said in a statement.
Piotr Prakapovich informed president Alexander Lukashenka about the results of the work of the IMF mission that completed its work on September 2. IMF experts noted that all main targets, agreed by the sides, were met by July 1. Belarus will now have to meet the same targets by October 1.
IMF's Board of Directors is expected to take a decision on the next tranche of the loan for Belarus in mid October. Possibly, Belarus will receive the tranche late October.
