The Belarusian leader has again demanded to "strain everyone".
Aliaksandr Lukashenka believes that the average salary of 500 dollars by the end of 2012 is achievable.
This is what the president said today during a working visit of the Kamenets district, Brest region, informs BelTA.
While reporting on socio-economic development of Brest region, Governor Kanstantin Sumar assured that by the end of this year the region plans to go on an average salary of 480-500 dollars.
"480 dollars is not 500", said Lukashenka. "Strain everyone. Managers who fail to meet required level on performance, sales of products and the growth of salaries, should not work at the end of the year".
