The source zapraudu.info in Sberbank of Russia told the true reasons of the official Minsk's refusal of the Russian-German credit.
According to the source, refusal of the credit of Sberbank and Deutsche Bank is caused not by the care of preservation of the Belarusian control over strategically important enterprise, but obtaining the other, more advantageous offer to the Belarusian regime.
The essence of the offer, which is coming from India, differs from the former Russian-German one only in the sum of collateral value. If Sberbank of Russia and Deutsche Bank promised 2 billion dollars for 35 percent of Belaruskali shares, then with the Indian partner the talk is about 3 billion (or even more) for the same third of shares. Plus, Hindus insist on the prime right of redemption of stocks in the future.
Anyway, the transaction will take place or not, it is, as well as the previous agreement with Sberbank of Russia and Deutsche Bank, firstly, conducted behind the back of the labor collective of Belaruskali and citizens of Belarus, secondly, it will lead eventually to enterprise transition under foreign control.
