Alyaksandr Lukashenka will pay a one-day visit to Moscow on Friday, June 11. An official from the Russian President’s administration has informed the "Vedomosti" newspaper about it. The meeting will most likely take place late in the evening when Medvedev comes back from Tashkent where he will take part in an SCO summit.
Let us remind you that Minsk initiated a phone talk of the leaders of Belarus and Russia on Monday. Lukashenka and Medvedev agreed that the Belarusian leader would visit Moscow to discuss the prospects of the Customs Union one of the following days.
