Investigative Committee has posted an infographic implying that majority of crimes are committed by Belarusians under the influence.

191 of 233 killings, the investigation of which has been completed in 9 months of 2015, were committed by drunk persons, Investigative Commitee reports.

Usually, 7 out of 10 people get severe bodily injuries and become victims of assault by people under the influence.

In the Homiel oblast, in almost every fifth murder or attempted murder case the aggressor and the victim did not know each other or have just met.

Such fights under the influence all look similar. Thus, in August, during a drunken get-together near one of the Minsk houses, a fight broke out with a man stabbing a new friend several times in the back.
