Belarus to Pay 200–205 $ Per 1 000 Cubic Meters for Russian Natural Gas After July, 1

The price of Russian natural gas for Belarus will be some $200 to $205 per 1000 cubic meters after July 1, First Deputy Prime Minister Vladimir Semashko said on the 12th Belarusian Industrial Forum in Minsk.

"Current price of natural gas for Belarus is 147 $ per 1 000 cubic meters and from July, 1 the price will be 200-205 $", — [b]Vladimir Semashko said.

He noted that the price of natural gas for Belarus will be lower than for the Europe. He explained that gas transportation from Russia to Europe is more expensive. In addition, First Deputy Prime Minister noted that "in the Union State gas supply is free of charge".
