Belarus' gross domestic product (GDP) dropped 3% in January-April 2016 against the same period in 2015. The National Statistics Committee notes this is a first assessment. In the current prices, GDP amounted to Br293.1 trillion.
BelaPAN news agency reminds the the official forecast of Belarusian authorities for 2016 (approved in December 2015) envisaged GDP growth at 0.3%.
