Belarus and Russia have reached no agreement on natual gas and crude oil supplies in the fourth quarter, Russian Minister of Energy Alexander Novak told ria.ru.

When asked by journalists if crude oil supplies to Belarus were to shrink in the fourth quarter, Mr Novak said: “Nothing has been deicided yet, we are still in the third quarter.". Negotiations about the gas price are still in progress, he noted.

Mr Novak announced in July that Belarus owed $270 million for gas. Minsk does not agree with it insisting that the price of $132.77 for one thousand cubic metres of gas is unfair. Russia insists on getting paid in order to resolve the differences.
