Minimum wage in Belarus to reach $135
According to the Council of Ministers’ Decree, the minimum wage will rise in 2017.

From January 1, it will amount to 265 rubles (about $135). For comparison, in November last year, the average salary in the country was 239.42 rubles

Since the beginning of the year, the minimum wage in Belarus has increased by 9.42 rubles.

Yesterday, Belsat.eu wrote about the average salary in the Mahiliou region: in November it was 614.6 rubles (about $ 315). Earlier, Alyaksandr Lukashenka demanded that the officials bring the next year’s average salary in the country to five hundred dollars.

Yesterday, the head of the country demanded that the government “actively involve” foreign loans.
