The dollar FX rate at an extra session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange amounted to Br7690, decreased by Br70 as compared to the trades on 27 September.
The euro exchange rate was established at the level of Br10470, which is less than yesterday's results by Br30. The Russian ruble is held at Br241 from September 26.
We note, according to independent economists, such strengthening of the Belarusian ruble is a temporary phenomenon, which is associated with the period of taxes' payments by enterprises in Belarusian rubles.
Last week the economist Leonid Zlotnikov expressed an opinion to Tovarisch.online website that if there is any dollar decrease, it will be small and to be based on supply and demand of companies and people, without the direct involvement of the National Bank.
"It is possible in the coming days. But then, after a week or two, I predict that the dollar will continue to grow and grow," said the expert.
The expert didn't share a joy of the Belarusian authorities, that a lot of people mainly sell currency and buy only a little, and therefore the economy of Belarus revives: "People have become poorer. The real income in rubles decreased, decreased in comparison with the end of the last year by 40-50 %. A significant difference has occurred. That's why people don't have much money and we can talk about that soon they would rather use savings, than make these savings".
