Armed Belarusian who fought in Ukraine detained in Minsk

The police in Minsk on November 26 detained a citizen of Belarus carrying weapons and exposives.
The detention took place at Minsk's railway station, according to the Investigative Committee. The man had fought in Ukraine but it remains unclear on what side. He is facing prosecution and, if convicted, up to seven years in prison for illegal possession of weapons, ammunition and explosives, Investigations Committee spokesman Siarhei Kabakovich told Euroradio. Investigation is in progress.
