Defence Intelligence of Ukraine has declassified information about the two instructors who prepare snipers and experts for special radio services in Novoazovsk district of the Donetsk region.
One of them was 30-year-old Belarusian, described in the documents as the commander of a special group of special purpose radio group.
Alyaksandr Stsyatsko serves in the rank of senior lieutenant. He was born in Asipovichy, Mahiliou region, graduated from Novocherkassk Higher Military Command School of Communications. The main address of residence listed is Kubinka, Moscow region, Ukraine officials reports.
The second officer is a native of the Crimea Nikolai Rashatsilov. Both of them belong to the 45th separate Russian airborne brigade of special purposes, the report about the situation in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine said.
In total, according to the Ukrainians, the officers of the 45th brigade have prepared more than 100 snipers, saboteurs and radio specialists to participate in combat operations on the territory of Ukraine.
The 45th separate brigade of special purpose of Russia is head by Vadim Pankov, who once served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
