Another "Stop-Petrol" action took place yesterday. To disrupt the protest, driving inspectors closed up almost the whole Independence Avenue for more than an hour.

The director of "For Auto", Artsyom Sharkou, has claimed that driving inspectors contributed a lot to the action too.

He has noted that driving inspectors organized the best "Stop-Petrol" imaginable. Sharkou says that it was like a show that could be seen only at state festivals. The activist thinks that drivers can get organized again and express a protest against the increasing oil prices but you need a good reason for it – like a sudden spike.
