Anna, who only stopped pole dancing two weeks before her son's birth, is now back in the swing of things just three months later - and started dancing again just a month and a half after he was born.

Anna said because she needs to breasteed her son and she has no one to leave him with, she opted to bring Vasiliy along to classes.

Anna said: 'I am happy, Vasiliy is happy and all our friends who see it are happy and think it's very cute and funny'

Anna from Minsk, Belarus, said: 'I would say that my baby started pole dancing before his birth.

'When I found out that I was pregnant I decided that I would keep on dancing and I stopped just two weeks before my baby was born and started again when he was just a month and a half.

'I need to breastfeed him and there is no one I can leave him with so I pole dance with him.

'I am happy, Vasiliy is happy and all our friends who see it are happy and think it's very cute and funny.'

Pole dancing was given 'observer status' by the Global Association of International Sports Federation (GAISF) in 2017 - meaning it is provisionally recognised as a sport.
