Minsk City authorities banned the United Civil Party to hold meeting of the National Committee and the Republican Party Conference in the building of Minsk International Educational Center (IBB). Earlier all organizational and financial issues have been agreed with the administration of the IBB.
It was planned to hold the events on October 4 with the participation of 130-140 people. This day was proposed by the representatives of the center. But the agreement was not signed. Representatives of the IBB apologized and said that Minsk city did not permit to hold these events.
The aim of the National Committee and the Republican Party Conference was to discuss how to improve the promotion of the Anti-crisis proposals, to develop a platform for a single presidential candidate and to determine party’s representative who would participate in the primaries.
