They will monitor the presidential election on May 25.
CEC secretary Mikalai Lazavik, deputy CEC chairperson Vadzim Ipatau and MP Valyantsin Milasheuski will observe the election. The Belarusian Liberal-Democratic Party will also send its observers to Ukraine, BELTA reports.
