Alyaksandr Lukashenka heads for Georgia

A Georgian-Belarusian business forum will be held there during his visit.

Alyaksandr Lukashenka will pay an official visit to Georgia on April 22-24.

He will arrive in Georgia on the evening of April 22. He is going to negotiate with Georgian President Giorgi Margvelashvili, PM Irakli Garibashvili and Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia Ilia II.

Bilateral documents will be signed and a number of other events will be organized during Lukashenka’s visit. The Belarusian leader will visit Batumi on April 24. He will attend the ceremony of signing the agreement on sister cities for Batumi and Brest.

Furthermore, a Georgian -Belarusian business forum will be held during Lukashenka’s visit. Our country’s delegation will be headed by deputy PM Mihail Rysy. The delegation consists of the representatives of 40 companies working in the field of energy, transport, logistics, chemical and oil production, road building and agricultural machinery, consumer goods and food.
