Two Russian citizens have been accused of connection with the criminal case concerning the disorders in Minsk on December 19.
A representative of the information and public relations department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus Victar Novikau has informed RIA "Novosti" about it.
The Russians are accused according to parts 1 and 2 of article 293 of the Criminal Code (mass disorders). The maximum penalty is 15 years of imprisonment.
