Lukashenko Changed his Administration Deputy

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko appointed Andrei Tur, who previously served as Deputy Minister of Economy, deputy head of his administration.

Thus, Andrei Tur took over Andrei Kobiakov, appointed Ambassador of Belarus to Russia and permanent representative of Belarus to the Eurasian Economic Community by the presidential decree of November 8.

Andrei Tur was born in 1953 in Leningrad. He graduated from the Belarusian State Institute of National Economy after Kuibyshev in 1974. He is Doctor of economic sciences, professor. He is married and has one daughter.

Since August 1995 he's served as Deputy Minister of Economy.

On November 8, former deputy head of presidential administration, Andrei Kobiakov was appointed ambassador to Russia, as well as a permanent representative of Belarus to the Eurasian Economic Community. He removed Vasili Dolgolev in this post, taken by him since August 2006.
