The Pardons Commission has considered "petitions" of the presidential candidate Andrei Sannikov and Zmitser Bandarenka.
Its chairman Mikalai Samasejka has informed about the meeting of the commission. But the official refused to say what decision had been adopted by them.
"They are misleading us, they are taking us for fools. What kind of commission could be a force there?", Iryna Khalip, the wife of the presidential candidate Andrei Sannikov, said to "Salidarnasts". "When other persons involved in the case of December 19: Dzmitry Drozd, Syarhei Kazakou and others, why there were no sessions of any commissions?!"
According to the wife of the political prisoner, the people who are members of the commission, are not competent to make such decisions.
"They have invented a commission, among which members is the chairman of the KGB, who had promised me personally to kill me and my husband. What can this commission decide? The fact that such people make decisions who should die and who should stay behind the bars, is offensive, disgusting at the physiological level".
