In the evening of March 21 well-known Belarusian social and political activist Vintsuk Vyachorka and his 14-year-old daughter Ruzhana were stopped at the border checkpoint "Brest" (Terespol).
Vyachorka and his daughter were going to Prague, said youth activist Franak.
Just a few days ago Vyachorka received a certificate that he is allowed to travel abroad, but at the border checkpoint the border guard said he had got "other" instructions.
