Our country will start presiding on January 1, 2013, Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow said. Turkmenistan is presiding in the CIS at the moment.
Another Commonwealth summit will take place in Belarus next October, CIS Executive Committee head Sergei Lebedev noted.
