Another "construction of the century" is in process in Peramozhtsau Avenue in Minsk.

This huge building may become the President's new residence in the future, Salidarnasc reports.

The construction of "the administrative building" started in the summer of 2011. Three storeys not counting the underground storey have already been built. To enter the territory one needs to go through check-points where policemen will demand a special pass.

Builders from all over Belarus are working there. The average worker's salary is 7 million roubles.
