The information has been provided by RIA Novosti quoting an anonymous source in Belarusian law-enforcement agencies.
Media reports suggested earlier that Minsk had agreed to conduct negotiations about the extradition of former Kyrgyz president Kurmanbek Bakiyev and his younger brother Janish.
Mr Bakiyev settled in Belarus in April 2010 and shortly became a Belarus citizen.
