Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Alena Kupchyna said it, BelaPAN reports.
Managing Director of Europe and Central Asia Department, EEAS and Eastern Partnership Gunnar Weigand is paying a visit to Belarus today. His meeting with Alena Kupchyna in Minsk was "constructive and productive", Wiegand told journalists on September 24.
The main goal was discussing "to what extent the government could participate in the European Dialogue on Modernisation with Belarus", he said. According to Kupchyna, the discussion was not that constructive.
