In pictures: Police in Kyiv city center

The authorities are pulling police forces to the center of Kyiv on December 9.

The police sealed the crossroads of Khreschatyk and Bogdan Hmelnitski Streets, as well as in the Maidan of Independence from the side of Mihailivska Street. The policemen say they have been ordered to protect public order, they do not block movement of people.
