More than 6 thousand polling stations have received ballot boxes all over Belarus.
Almost all human rights defenders and many observers criticize the early vote system in Belarus before every election because the voting results can be rigged. CEC secretary Mikalai Lazavik disagrees with it, he told Belarus 1:
The whole early vote system is widespread in the world. Some states allow voting a month or two months earlier… The procedure allows citizens to take part in elections in most convenient ways.
