One can be prosecuted for likes and comments under porn videos in social networks. Such incidents have already happened in Soviet District of Homel, Komsomolskaya Pravda reports.
A young seller of footwear published a porn video on his VKontakte page. He had watched the video and did not know why is had appeared on his page, he explained in court. A local university graduate watched it and left the comment “This is disgusting” on the page. Thus, she turned out to be a porn distributor.
Criminal cases for porn distribution were started by the Investigation Committee against both persons. The Homel inhabitants were facing from 2 to 4 years of imprisonment. Fortunately, both were amnestied.
