Minsk airport plans no extra security measures

The Minsk National Aiport continues to work normally and has not plans to introduce additional security measures in the light of terror attacks in Brussels, the airports's press office told Euroradio.

Many European airports, including Frankfurt, Paris and London, have stepped security after this morning's terror attacks in the Belgium capital.

Belgim has delcared the higher level of security alert, halting all the public transportation system as well as Eurostar trains between Brussels and London. The Brussels-bound train was also returned back to Paris.

Preliminary, 21 people are dead and many more injured after the explosions at the Brussels National Aiport and Maalbek metro station next to the EU headquarters.
