While playing virtual games, do not forget about safety in the real world, said the Minister of Internal Affairs of Belarus Ihar Shunevich when asked about the rapid spread of the geolocation games.
“The youth moved their interests from the real world into the virtual one. We are concerned that this may result in some emergencies in terms of social, personal, road safety,” said Ihar Shunevich.
One of those games that is based on the augmented reality in a short time became the most popular game in the world. Players are looking for Pokémons that can be found in the most unexpected places: on the road, roof, near dangerous objects.
“I can give young people advice: be careful in public places and do not forget about personal safety,” said Ihar Shunevich.
