Albania cancels Visas for Belarusians till November
Albania has temporarily canceled visas for Belarusian citizens starting 31 May, Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported.

Visa-free entry will be valid till 15 November.

“The Albanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced about the temporary introduction of a visa-free entry for people of Belarus for the period from 31 May to 15 November,” the Belarusian ministry said in its Twitter account.

It is not the first time Albania cancels visas for Belarusians. Last year visa-free entry was in place from 15 May and till 15 November.

In other periods citizens of Belarus are required to obtain Albanian visas, which cost from 50 to 100 euros depending on the type.

Meanwhile, Belarus also keeps extending travel opportunities for foreign visitors.

In addition to 5-day visa free entry via Minsk airport for citizens of 80 states and a visa-free zone in Grodno region, Belarus mutually abolished visas with Brazil in November 2016 and Argentina starting May 2017. At present talks are underway about mutual 30-day visa-free entry with China.
