The Belarus Army recently organized a conference on the prospects of unmanned aviation development. According to Col Ihar Zavidnyak, the head of unmanned aerial vehicles department at the Armed Forces of Belarus, the conference aimed to see the achievements of the local manufactureers in this field.

Among the latest equipment showcased at the conference were unmanned aerial vehicles called "Flying Tube" and "Quadro 1600." They are designed to fight light-armored vehicles. These drones carry an anti-tank rocket launcher RPG-26, which fires in flight. The final touches are underway, so the final version of the flying tube will be showcased in fall. The Belarus Army plan to commission the grenade launching drones in 2019, reports vsr.mil.by.
