A traffic police inspector in Astravets, Hrodna region was found dead with a knife in his chect. The Belta news agency reports the tragedy took place on March 5.
The 35-year-old man went to work in the morning but failed to reach his office. His body was found near his garage witha knife injury of his chest. Investigators reckon that the man took his own life by using a kitchen knife.
Forensic experts are yet to determine if this was a suicide. No criminal charges have been filed yet. The officer was a law-obeying man and good father. He has been survived by two schoolchildren.
