OSCE to teach Belarusian policemen «to conduct a dialogue»

25 Belarusian policemen were taught modern methods of police work at special courses.

As informed by "Radio Svaboda", during the first stage of education two instructors from Hungary are conducting the courses.

The head of the OSCE Office in Minsk Ambassador Benedikt Haller says that good education of policemen is a basis of the new professional police service. These courses exist to improve the work of the law-enforcement service in Belarus. It meets international standards and is done through using modern methods of educating policemen through a dialogue. Notably, not an instructor, but a student is the main person there.
