The trials of detainees after “Chernobyl Path“

In the Soviet district court of Minsk on April 27 the trial of activists who were detained during the eve of "Chernobyl Path" is being held.

We remind, deputy chairman of "Malady Front" (Czech Republic), Nikolai Demidenko was detained at the metro station "Moskovskaya". Young Front members Michael Mussky and Roman Vasilyev were also detained after the protest rally. All three were charged under Art. 17.1 of the Administrative Code (petty hooliganism). The night the Young Front Activist spent at the Center for isolating offenders in Akrestsina.

According to preliminary information on April 26 about 30 people were arrested, but their names and fate are not known yet.

According to the Human Rights Center "Viasna", the case of Mikhail Musski is tried by Judge Oksana Relyava, cases of Roman Vasiliev and Nikolai Demidenko - Judge Dmitry Pavlyuchenko. They are already known by their verdicts against opposition activists.

Oksana Relyava will also try the two other detainees - Alexey Churilov and Dmitry Shavlyukevich.

Vasiliev and Mussky claim they were beaten. Vasilyev called first aid.

14.20 Aleksey Churilov sentenced to 10 days of administrative arrest.

14.30 "ER" has taken away Roman Vasilyev in the 9th hospital.

15.00 Dmitry Shavlyukevich sentenced to 15 days of administrative arrest.

15.10 The trial of Mikhail Musski was postponed. He asked to call the first aid.
