At the moment about 13 thousand Belarusians are forbidden to go abroad according to the law. The reason or it is the fact that they do not fulfill some of their commitments, notes BelaPAN.
The Belarusian Minister of Justice Victar Halavanau has informed that among them are citizens who do not pay maintenance for their children living in children’s state institutions and those who are sued for it.
"As soon as a debtor pays the sum he has to pay, the judge will cancel his decision about their temporary restriction to go abroad", - claimed Halavanau.
